1. General Terms

This website is owned and operated by Aloren (No44) Pty Ltd trading as Tynte Flowers (ABN: 31 008 191 866).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Tynte Flowers may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when published.

2. Delivery Terms

All delivery fees are displayed or quoted before checkout.

Deliveries may occur anytime up to or before the selected delivery time.

Sunday deliveries may be available in some areas for an additional fee. Online Sunday orders close at 1 PM. To arrange delivery after this, please call 08 83 400 300.

No deliveries are made on Public Holidays.

Different delivery terms apply for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. These special terms are published on our website and take effect immediately when updated.

A tracking service is not currently available, but estimated delivery times can be provided. If a mobile number is provided, an SMS confirmation will be sent.

For residential addresses, deliveries may be returned if the location is unsafe (for example, locked premises, dogs, or public exposure). Redelivery fees apply.

For business, government, school, or hospital addresses, once accepted by reception or security, Tynte Flowers is not responsible for final delivery to the recipient.

Same-day delivery is guaranteed for orders placed by 3 PM on weekdays and 1 PM on weekends. Deliveries will arrive by 5 PM to business addresses (if ordered by 12 PM) and by 7 PM to residential addresses (if ordered by 3 PM).

3. Hot Weather

To protect the quality and longevity of our flowers, plants, hampers and gifts, orders will not be left unattended when forecast or actual temperatures exceed 25°C. 

If delivery cannot be completed safely under these conditions, the order will be returned to our Hindmarsh studio. Customers will be contacted to arrange either redelivery or collection.

Redelivery will incur an additional charge. 

4. Special Event Delivery Conditions

Valentine’s Day (14 February) and Mother’s Day (second Sunday in May): Residential deliveries arrive by 8 PM on 12th–14th February. Business deliveries arrive by 5 PM. Specific time requests are not available. Cancellations during 12th–14th February incur a 50% fee if flowers are in transit. Some flowers will arrive in bud form to ensure freshness.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide a valid phone number and email address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct.

Tynte Flowers is not liable for incorrect addresses, incorrect delivery instructions, or failure to contact due to invalid details.

Once delivered according to instructions, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Customers must ensure personalised messages are correct before submission.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders already prepared, dispatched, or in transit cannot be altered or cancelled.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery may incur a fee.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before delivery are eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

7. Complaints

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling (08) 83 400 300.

Photos will be requested for verification. Original flowers will need to be collected or returned to us for replacement.

8. Alcohol Sales

Tynte Flowers supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

It is illegal to supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.

Alcohol quantities are limited to 1.5 litres (approximately two bottles) per recipient.

On occasion delivery drivers may elect to not leave a delivery containing alcohol at unattended address.

9. Product Availability and Substitution

Product availability may vary due to demand, season, and weather.

Substitutions of equal or greater value may occur when necessary.

Product photos may include props not part of the final product; see descriptions for exact contents.

10. Pricing and Payment

All prices include GST and are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery fees are charged separately.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, PayPal pay in 4, Afterpay).

Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available at checkout.

11. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are redeemable for Tynte Flowers purchases up to the stated value.

Expired vouchers cannot be used or exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for website and in-store purchases only.

Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable.

Vouchers cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or Interflora orders.

Any discrepancies are resolved at the discretion of Tynte Flowers.

12. Privacy and Security

Personal data (name, contact, address, etc.) is collected only for order fulfilment.

Credit card details are not stored.

Your IP address is logged for transaction security.

Personal information is shared only with third-party providers (for example, couriers) for delivery purposes.

Tynte Flowers will never sell or share customer data for marketing.

Customers may opt in or out of promotional emails at any time.

13. Fraud

Illegal or fraudulent use of this website will result in legal action.

Fraudulent orders (false names, unauthorised card use, etc.) will be prosecuted.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes will be handled by Australian courts.

15. Third-Party Websites

Tynte Flowers may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, videos, text) is protected by copyright and trademarks.

Content may not be copied or distributed without written permission from Tynte Flowers.

Use of materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

17. Force Majeure

Tynte Flowers is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or power failures.
