At Tynte Flowers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available if cancellations are made more than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have been prepared, dispatched, or are in transit cannot be cancelled or altered.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, or Pay in 4).
  • Refunds apply to the purchase price only; delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Product Issues and Complaints

  • Please report any issues within 3 days of delivery by calling (08) 8340 0300.
  • We will request photos of the product and the return or collection of the original flowers for verification.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued after verification.

4. Responsibility for Delivery Details

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information and personalised messages.
  • Tynte Flowers is not liable for failed deliveries or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

5. Special Event Orders

  • Refunds and cancellations for special events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) follow specific terms published on our website and may incur partial fees due to the nature of these orders.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Product Substitutions

  • If a product is unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for substituted products.
