Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do! For a same day delivery to a home address, the order will need to be placed by 3pm.

For a delivery to a business, the order needs to be placed by 12pm.

 

What time do you open and close?

Our North Adelaide store is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 9-5pm and Sundays 9am-2pm. Online orders can be placed 24/7.

Our Hindmarsh studio is open for deliveries and click and collect orders from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays.

Click and Collect?

Yes. You can click and collect from our North Adelaide store or Hindmarsh studio right behind the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

 

What happens if no one is home when you deliver?

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location.

Our hot weather policy applies - we won’t leave any flowers as this will compromise quality. 

Due to liquor licencing, if the recipient is not home to receive an order containing alcohol, we prefer not to leave this unattended. You will receive an SMS from our driver advising the delivery could not be completed and to call us on 83400300 to arrange a redelivery when the recipient will be home. Re-delivery fees apply.

 

Do your flower prices include delivery?

We charge for delivery as our vans are temperature controlled and insulated –they have higher running costs than normal delivery vehicles. Our delivery fees vary and are based on the distance from our main studio at Hindmarsh. Please call our team to check the delivery cost – 83 400 300.

 

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes! We certainly do! We deliver 7 days a week to metro Adelaide. Sunday delivery rates apply.

 

Can you deliver at a specific time or deliver during specific time frame?

Yes, we can! A priority delivery rate will apply, but we can deliver by a certain time for you. Call our concierge on 83 400 300 to discuss a priority delivery. Unfortunately, this service is unavailable during Valentine’s and Mother’s Day weeks.

 

What time will my flowers arrive?

Unless otherwise specified, our home deliveries are carried out between 9am-7pm.

Business deliveries are between 9am-5pm. If you would like to know a rough ETA, please all our concierge on 83 400 300 for more info.

 

Can I design my own arrangement?  

Yes, we sure can! We love creating bespoke arrangements. Call our team on 83 400 300 to share your design idea.

 

Do all arrangements include a vase?

Our online store does specify if the flowers are in a vase. If you are unsure, the photo and flower story will indicate whether the arrangement is a bouquet or in a vase.

 

Can you deliver interstate or overseas?

Yes we can process an order for interstate. A florist in the local area for delivery will accept the order and deliver it to the recipient. Call us on 83400300 if you have any questions or to place an order.

 

Will you send me a photo of the flowers before you deliver them?

Please call us on 83 400 300 with this request and we will be sure to note it on the order.

 

Will you let me know when my order is delivered?

Yes, our drivers will send a text message to you at the time of delivery. Please ensure your mobile number is entered correctly so that you receive the text. Please note: texts will not be received by overseas or landline numbers.

 

I saw a beautiful arrangement on Instagram but I cannot see it online?

We can certainly create something similar depending on seasonal availability – please call us on 83 400 300 to discuss, email studio@tynte.com a screenshot and we will provide you with pricing and availability. Or visit our store with the photo ad if flowers are current seasonal blooms and we have them in stock, we can make it.
