Please remove all wrappings, ties, ribbons and water packs. All our ribbons and wrappings are re-useable.

Using sharp scissors cut 2cm off stems at an angle, before placing in water. This helps the flowers to absorb more water and to keep bacteria and fungi away.

Re-cutting the stems every 3 days will double the life of your flowers.

Please top up/change with fresh water each day. Flowers need to be hydrated to live a long and beautiful life-and so do you! Make sure you have a glass too.

Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight, near heat sources and fresh fruit. Leaving flowers in heated areas can lead to shrivelling, wilting, or drooping petals. Ethylene gas from fruit will age flowers.
